If you choose to hold a casino themed event, we will provide:

  • Set up and removal of all equipment and supplies the day of the event.
  • The possibility to provide your own dealers*. All that you’ll need to provide are people who have a good knowledge of the game they wish to deal. We will provide training on the proper way to deal, “casino style!"

Prior to your event, we consult with you to go over details regarding your event. We discuss many details to customize your event for you. We ensure we understand your vision and work diligently to make sure it happens as you are seeing it happen. We make certain you have an understanding of exactly how the evening will go and what to expect, and make sure we are on the same page to roll out your event as you expect.

We take care of Delivery and Set up, review set-up times & load in requirements as well as any type of tables or chairs we may need from the venue. We review all the details, so you are not having to worry about anything in regards to the casino party the night of the event.

The evening starts by providing each guest the same amount of Casino Chips. The Chips are good to use at every table and your guests can move to any game they choose. If players don’t know how the games are played, our dealers will be happy to teach them and explain the rules. We are there to entertain and our dealers are great at what they do!

Once your casino party has started, we’ll continue to provide services that will make your event one to remember! Jackpot Casino Events has connections that can also get you in contact with professionals that can help you book music, decorate for your casino night event, photographers or a magician, or set up a photo booth!  We have the ability to help you get set up for all your entertainment needs.

Once gaming is over we will Tear Down and Remove the Games and pack up the equipment. All will be removed, quickly and quietly, just as it arrived. Our team is professional and efficient.

We will remove the equipment prior to the venue closing, so you can enjoy the remainder of your evening, seeing your guests off, or enjoying that last dance with your friends and family.
